  • Yes! We are a pet-friendly property. Please reach out to coordinate details with us!

    We charge a flat fee per stay for pets, for up to two pets.

    Trained service animals are welcome and do not require prior notice or a pet fee.

    When renting the property along with your pet, we ask that guests follow the following rules:

    -We ask that you pick up after your pet’s business outside.

    -Please be sure to check them for ticks after spending anytime outdoors (and be sure to check yourself as well).

    -Please wipe their paws when entering the house.

    -If you allow your dog on furniture, please bring a throw blanket from home that they can lay on. We ask that dogs are not allowed on beds.

    -If your dog is not fully trained, please bring their crate for if they need to be left unattended.

    -Owners assume responsibility for their pet when they are outside on the property.

  • AirBnB and VRBO are advertising sites. As the property owners, we manage everything from marketing to maintenance and housekeeping. We advertise on AirBnB and other sites to get our home the most visibility.

    Booking directly with us can save you more that 25% than on those advertising sites! They charge service fees and have to collect hotel taxes with each booking.

  • We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you book on our website. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

  • Yes! We have sheets for every bed. We have bath, hand, and face towels, as well as pool towels, and kitchen linens.

    There is a washer and dryer on site for guest use.

  • Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

    If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

    After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
